What time does the show open?

Gates are open to the public from 08:00 and closes at 17:00

Will there be a cash point on site?

Yes, the marshals will direct you to the cash point

Are credit cards accepted on the gate?

Yes, credit cards can be used on the gate

 

Is the event solely for Fords?

Yes, it’s a show purely for all classic Ford cars

Can I bring my pet?

No animals of any kind are allowed onto the site

Is there a bar on site?

Yes, alcohol is sold on site from Fuelers bar

Are there food units on site?

There are many food units and a permanent on site cafeteria open throughout the day

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes you can bring food and drink into the venue, but glass bottles are not permitted and will be conviscated at the main entrance

Will there be someone taking photos of the cars for me to purchase on the day?

Yes there will be a photographer and more information will be found in our show guide

Are BBQ’s allowed on site?

Yes, charcoal BBQ's are allowed in the campsites. Open fires are not allowed and you will be asked to extinguish by security

Are there any concessions for people with disabilities?

As part of our commitment to make Classic Ford Show accessible to all we will provide those disabled ticket holders that require full time assistance with one free ticket for a partner, accompanying friend or personal assistant (PA). You will need to provide a copy of your most recent DLA letter showing your current entitlement and your ‘blue badge’ if car parking is required. On arrival at the show please liaise with the staff on the gates when presenting your entry ticket.

How can I buy a ticket?

Can I get a refund for my tickets once I've bought them?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable – click here to view our full terms and conditions

Will I be able to buy a ticket on the gate?

Yes you can buy tickets on the gate from 09:00

I've bought my ticket but is it secure?

Yes.  Each number on the barcode is unique and can only be scanned once.  You will need to bring with you the card you purchased the tickets with and photo ID card (such as your driving license) along with your ticket clearly printed to gain entry.  We will validate your ticket to gain entry.  If for some reason you are unable to provide sufficent ID or your ticket has already been scanned, you will be asked to pay the full entry price on the gate.

My tickets haven’t arrived yet when will I get them?

Tickets are emailed out to you upon confirmation of payment.  Please check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you haven't received your ticket, please contact our team.
Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child? Entry is FREE for two children aged 14 and under when accompanied by a paying adult. Additional children are £5 each.  You are responsible for any children who attend the event with you and you must ensure that they comply with these terms and conditions.

Is there car parking available?

Yes, there is a public car park available free of charge.

Is there disabled parking?

Yes, there is a disabled parking area, please ask on the gate for a pass and the marshalls will direct you.

Is there any way that I can park my car in the show rather than in the public car park?

Yes, either as part of a club display or the Show & Shine competition.

I want to attend with my club display at the show?

Please see the dedicated club page to book your club stand

What time will clubs be allowed access?

Club cars will be allowed access from 06:30 providing that you have the relevant tickets and passes

I don’t have a Ford but I want to display my car on a club stand?

No, only Ford vehicles are allowed to display. The organisers retain the rights to refuse entry or ask you to leave

 

My club pass/tickets haven’t arrived can you re-send them to me?

If you have booked a club pass/ticket via your club then you need to speak to them directly regarding your tickets. We are unable to resend tickets/passes to individual club members

How many cars does a club have to bring?

We normally don’t accept bookings for 5 cars or less. There is no upper limit but we suggest you call our sales team to discuss your requirements further. 

We want to put up a gazebo and banners around our stand, is this ok?

We retain the right to charge you for the space (dependent on size). You will also need to fill in the risk assessment and make sure that it is securely erected. Banners advertising your club are fine as long as they are suitable and in your area

Can we raise money for a charity at the event?

If you are a registered charity or part of a registered charity (you will be asked to supply proof) then you can collect from your stand only. Anyone collecting around the site may be asked to leave

Can we sell things from our stand?

You are allowed to sell branded club merchandise only e.g. t-shirts, stickers etc. You must not sell anything else that is not related directly to your club

Can we sell tickets for a raffle or run a tombola from our stand?

No. This not allowed

Can I bring my pet with me?

No. Unfortunately the venue does not allow any form of animal/pet in the venue (only registered guide dogs are allowed)

What time can I leave?

The show closes at 17.00 and you may be asked to return to your stand before this time if it is deemed unsafe for vehicle movement due to the volume of pedestrians

Can we camp the night before?

There is camping on site at Santa Pod on Saturday 30th May only. You can arrive on Saturday from 09:00 until 22:00. Camping tickets are available to book in advance for £7 or £10 on the gate. Camping tickets are per person and children DO need a camping ticket.

Are there toilets on site for campers?

Yes, there are plenty of toilets on site open 24hrs

Are there showers on site?

Yes, there are free showers available

 

Are there electrical connections on site?

No, there are not any electrical hook ups available

Can I bring my caravan/trailer tent/motor home?

Yes you can bring any of these but please note that camping is on grass

Is there a family/quiet campsite?

Yes there is a separate campsite for anyone wanting a quieter area. Please just ask at the gate and you will be given a separate campsite pass

Can I have a bbq?

Yes charcoal bbqs are allowed within the campsites

Can I have a fire?

No fires are allowed on site and will be extinguished by security

Are there medical services on site?

Yes there are 24 hour medical services on site if needed

Can I park my car next to my tent?

Yes, you can park next to your tent.

Can I leave site and then come back in?

Yes, but you will need a pass out and will not be allowed out after 22:00

Do children require a camping ticket?

Yes, Children aged 14 and under will also require a camping ticket. Child camping tickets are priced at £7 in advance and £10 on the day
